- System walkdown and visual inspection to review the conditions of the shell, piping, valves, instrumentation and assess overall equipment condition.
- Review operations with plant personnel and review plant operating records.
- Perform an internal inspection for corrosion, scaling and wear that may compromise structural integrity and proper operation of the deaerator.
- Perform a detailed inspection of spray valves, trays and water box.
- Provide an engineering report with recommendations for repair, component replacement and or operational changes.
