Retrofit:

- Standard gears are forged and heat treated.
- Recirculator equipped with a variable frequency drive.
- Scraper drive orque mechanisms to protect the drive unit and driven structures.

Equipment Requirements:
- Planetary gear drive customed engineered for an existing reactivator.
- Structural steel modifications
- Scraper shaft (New or existing shaft shop-modified)
- A new Ryertex liner for the scraper shaft bottom bearing
- Impeller shaft (New or existing shaft shop modified)
- A new Ryertex liner for the impeller shaft guide bearing
